Terms of Service
Terms for professional use of Agent FieldDesk, a product of AI Content Lab.
Effective October 16, 2026.
1. Who provides the service
Agent FieldDesk is a product of AI Content Lab. AI Content Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates it at agentfielddesk.com. These terms are the agreement between AI Content Lab and the agent or organization using the service (“you”). Questions may be sent to evens@aicontentlab.io.
2. Professional use and your account
Agent FieldDesk is a Medicare plan comparison worksheet and training center for licensed insurance agents working with Florida plans. It is not a consumer enrollment service. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
Keep your password and account access secure. You are responsible for your use of the service, your licensing, carrier appointments, permissions to discuss plans, and compliance with the rules that apply to your work. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Plan information and professional judgment
The catalog and lessons support your work; they do not replace carrier documents, official eligibility determinations, professional training or required disclosures. Plan benefits, availability, networks, formularies and eligibility can change, and records may be incomplete or awaiting verification. Check each source and status badge, and verify details with the carrier and current official materials before advising a beneficiary or making an enrollment decision.
Conditional benefits, including SSBCI allowances, depend on the plan’s requirements and the member’s eligibility. A displayed figure is not a promise of coverage, payment, eligibility or commission. The service provides no medical, legal or tax advice. Agent FieldDesk and AI Content Lab are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
4. Keep beneficiary information out of saved records
The worksheet’s ZIP, Medicaid-category and condition answers are temporary browser state. They are not intended to be saved as beneficiary records. Saved comparisons contain selected plan identifiers, county, plan year and your optional label. Correction reports and support messages also contain the text you submit.
Do not enter beneficiary names, Medicare or Social Security numbers, dates of birth, contact details, medical records, or other identifying or health information into labels, reports, messages or other saved fields. Do not upload client documents. This service is not a medical-record system. If sensitive information is submitted accidentally, contact us without repeating it in another message. 5. Trial, annual billing and renewal
The standard subscription is $49.99 USD per year. An eligible first subscription begins with a 7-day free trial; a card is required to start. Creating a login alone does not start billing. Checkout shows the trial end and first charge before you confirm the subscription. Returning subscribers do not receive another free trial. Administrators may separately provide invited agents with complimentary access.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically charges $49.99 when the trial ends and renews every year until canceled. By confirming a subscription in checkout, you authorize those recurring card charges under the offer shown there. Your account and Stripe’s customer portal show your billing dates. We will communicate any proposed change to renewal pricing before it takes effect; a change will not retroactively alter a period already purchased.
6. How to cancel and ask about a charge
Open Account, choose Manage subscription, and confirm cancellation in Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and access continues until then. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first annual charge. Your account shows the trial-end date. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Signing out, uninstalling a home-screen shortcut or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. For a refund request, duplicate charge, billing error, or trouble accessing the cancellation portal, contact evens@aicontentlab.io. Include your account email, not your full card number. Nothing in these terms removes any refund or other rights required by applicable law.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and send notices. Unresolved failed payments can lead to cancellation and loss of paid catalog access.
7. Permitted use and ownership
While your account is authorized, you may use the service for your professional work. AI Content Lab retains its rights in the software, branding and original materials. Carrier names, plan documents and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. You retain your rights in content you submit and give us permission to process it as needed to provide, support and secure the service.
Do not share credentials to bypass access limits, resell access without permission, scrape or redistribute the catalog in bulk, probe accounts you do not control, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the service. Do not use it to mislead beneficiaries or represent unverified benefits as confirmed.
8. Availability, suspension and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free records, or any sales or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” This does not exclude obligations or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, unpaid subscriptions or legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. Access restrictions do not replace the cancellation and billing procedures above; contact us about any affected subscription or charge.
9. Changes and contact
These terms show their effective date above. We will give notice of material changes through the service or your account email before they take effect, with any additional consent required by law. For account, billing or terms questions, contact AI Content Lab at evens@aicontentlab.io.
